Callisto Injury of Solanaceous Crops

Callisto (Mesotrione) injury. Callisto is not labeled for use on solanaceous crops in Kentucky. However, it is labeled for postemergence control of annual broadleaves in sweet corn. If spraying on sweet corn, be aware of the possibility of drift injury in other vegetables. Callisto injury to broadleaves generally will appear as a bleaching of leaves.
